Affordable Fees
Counseling is expensive, but we do not want to turn anyone away so that everyone can receive the help they need. Dr. Brown accepts the insurance companies listed below but only through an application with Headway. Although our customary fee is $140 per hour, Dr. Brown is charging $120 per hour. For families with a gross family income of less than $70,000, Dr. Brown is charging a subsidized fee of $400 for 4 counseling sessions when paid in advance which is a $80 discount.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. We participate with only the insurances listed below that are accepted through Headway for Dr. Brown. Search by name Press on the Search by name and enter Dr. Kenneth Brown Then fill out the form and send a picture of your insurance card. Headway will get back to you if they need more information and will give you the qualification to begin counseling. Please remember to always pre-qualify for your particular insurance BEFORE calling Dr. Brown for an appointment. Check to make sure that Headway accepts your insurance and Dr. Brown accepts only these insurances but only after Headway approves your specific insurance plan. PaymentTo pay with a credit card prior to an appointment, please select the proper amount from the drop-down menu and click "Buy Now." The Paypal service will then take you to a more detailed page where you may enter the appropriate information and pay by credit card or with Paypal if you have an account. You can also pay through Zelle at the time of the session.
